Description

Smoked pulled pork – It is all about dry rubbed pork. Smoking each pork shoulder for hours with our special dry spice blend featuring Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Natural Hickory Seasoning, Garlic, Spices and Herbs.

We slowly smoke our premium pork for hours until a beautiful color forms around the exterior and give it the very best flavor profile.

The key to our pork is to forgo the sauce and let the pork shine by encasing it in a dry rub and smoke that keeps the meat juicy and extremely flavorful.

It’s delicious in everything from regular sandwiches to BBQ pulled pork pizza, pulled pork nachos or even pulled pork egg rolls. You’ll always want some in your freezer.

THAW AND REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:  

Microwave – 1100w

  • Thaw pulled pork in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours.
  • Remove pulled pork from packaging and place on a microwave-safe plate.
  • Heat for 3 minutes (or until heated thoroughly).
  • Let stand for 1 minute before serving.

Stove Top

  • Thaw pulled pork in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours.
  • Simmer a pot of water
  • Place plastic bag in pot of simmering water for 15 minutes  (or until heated thoroughly).
  • Keep the plastic bag off the bottom of the pot.
  • Let stand for 1 minute before serving

Sold in 1lb vacuum sealed packages.

Smoked pulled pork can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days or in the freezer for 3-6 months.

THAW AND REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat for 3 minutes (or until heated thoroughly).
Let stand for 1 minute before serving.

Stove Top

Thaw pulled pork in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Boil pot of water
Place plastic bag in pot of boiling water for 15 minutes  (or until heated thoroughly).
Keep the plastic bag of the bottom of the pot.
Let stand for 1 minute before serving
